We put T-L Vites in a capsule form for rapid breakdown and absorption for maximum benefit — only one per day needed.^†

A Total Nutrient Package

A one-a-day multiple, T-L Vites provides adults with basic nutrients needed for each day. For Kids, one T-L Vites has 50% of the new Vitamin D daily requirement of 400 IUs recommended by The American Academy of Pediatrics.^†

Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc need to be taken separately from your multivitamin at different times of day for better absorption.^†
